SATURDAY PREVIEW

Friday 07 June, 2019
STOKE entertain the Plymouth Gladiators in what has now become the first leg of their KO Cup quarter-final tie at Loomer Road on Saturday night, 7pm.

The Potters will be at full strength for the clash as the A.R. Richards Potters will look to forge a lead to take back to the Coliseum for the second leg on July 12th.

The Gladiators are led by former Potter Ben Wilson with solid back-up from Nathan Stoneman who has been in impressive form with the visitors and with Championship side Birmingham who he doubles up with. Scott Campos, Richard Andrews and another former Stoke rider in Adam Extance provide support for the top two while at reserve Jamie Bursill and Adam Sheppard take up the reserve berths.

Potters rider Luke Priest commented “We will be going into Saturday’s meeting in a positive frame of mind and be looking to get a decent lead to take into the second leg at Plymouth next month.”
